Dear Astanian people!

Two capitals from the CIS countries - the youngest one, Astana and another, the most ancient, Tbilisi, are twin cities. The brotherhood of these two main cities of Kazakhstan and Georgia is based on friendship and mutual understanding of the Kazakh and Georgian people. Both republics have passed a hard way from a totalitarian mode up to the independent democratic states.

Today, Kazakhstan is the leader of Central Asia, and its new capital Astana is a real embodiment of this leadership. Astana grows and changes right in front of our eyes. The new capital of Kazakhstan is a good example and a big motivation for the other republics CIS. I congratulate all the people of Astana and the Akim of the city on the forthcoming anniversary of the capital! "
