The known Georgian actor, a director and a producer that is nowadays working in Hollywood, Levan Uchaneishvili, recently visited Astana:
"Dear People of Astana! Mr. Akim of the new capital of Kazakhstan, Imangali Tasmagambetov!

A Fairy tale and a fantasy those words make it possible for me to share with you my impressions the new capital of Kazakhstan. To build a city in the steppe for just 10 years! A city of the future where it will be possible to receive visitors even from other galaxies!

When you visit each city you remember it not only by architecture but also through the people. I come from Tbilisi and it is difficult to surprise me with hospitality. But the way we were met in Astana has surpassed all our expectations. A tour of the city that arranged for us by the meeting party has shown us an absolutely new city which amazes by what people, inspired by a big idea, can create.

I wish to thank your president, the government and all those who takes part in the construction of this new capital for those unusual emotions which until now overflow me with memoirs of this really unique city.

We departed from Astana, taking fantastic impressions away with us! When departing, we were full of hopes to again appear in this fairy tale. Thanks to everyone who not only told but also has shown it to us!

With all my heart I wish Astana further prosperity and may it become one of the best cities on the Euroasian continent!
